Lightweight construction
Light, simple and good-looking – these are our 'LIGHT' swing gates.
In the lightweight construction, the upper and lower frame profiles were omitted and the filling was made with a double bar grid with a thickness of 8/6/8 mm. The frame thickness of 40 mm corresponds exactly to the post width.
The 'LIGHT' gate is a light, delicate fence gate that ideally complements our double bar mesh fences. It comes with a lock case and adjustable hinge hangers. The desired opening direction can be flexibly determined directly on site. They offer the opportunity to freely determine the opening direction by individually installing the gate posts, which are also fence posts for your fence system, gate leaves and also the hinges.
The swing gates are available in heights from 630 to 2,430 mm.
The gate is available as both a single-leaf and a two-leaf version.
Industrial construction
Swing gates offer a solid and sophisticated option for access to a secured property. These gate systems can secure access to, for example, sports facilities, military and particularly vulnerable areas and industrial facilities.
The high-quality and torsion-resistant frame construction of our industrial swing gates are made from 60/40 mm, 80/40 mm or 80/60 mm rectangular tubes in accordance with the static requirements. The gate in industrial design is custom-made depending on the customer's order. This guarantees many technical gate construction solutions. Instead of the standard door filling made of welded-in double bar grilles 8/8/6, a different filling can be used depending on the customer's requirements.
The sturdy, welded gate hinges are standard. Optionally, depending on customer requirements, an electric swing gate operator can also be ordered, which means the gate opens and closes at the push of a button.
Surface
Our swing gates are always hot-dip galvanized in accordance with DIN 50976 EN ISO.
In addition, you can have the gate powder-coated in a variety of RAL colors. The powder coating is lightfast, firmly adhesive and abrasion-resistant. This combination of galvanizing and powder coating achieves maximum corrosion protection.
Standard RAL colors
Coatings in other special RAL colors according to the RAL Classic color palette are optionally possible.
